For children entering Good Shepherd School in any grade, parents/guardians must present the following:
- Baptismal Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Number
- Health and Immunization Records
State Law mandates that a child's immunization record be presented before entrance to school. A registration form and bus schedule form, both provided by the school, must also be completed.
Registration for new students for the coming school year is held the last week of January. Students entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by the first of September. The same date applies for Preschool Three and Four.
According to Diocesan regulations, any child who is six years of age or who will reach the age of six on or before September 1st, may be admitted that school year. Grades Kindergarten through eight families moving into the area may be admitted at any time during the school year.
Students entering school for the first time and those entering sixth grade are required to have a Physical Evaluation.
Students entering school for the first time and those entering third and seventh grades are required to have a Dental Examination. |
