The administrative staff is made up of two co-principals, financial secretary and front office secretary. The co-principal handles the school programs and substitutes in any classroom when needed.

The faculty consists of nine full time certified teachers who possess BS/BA degrees. Several hold Masters' degrees. Good Shepherd School also has 3 part-time teachers for music, physical education, and computer. There is a kindergarten aide who is available to help in other areas as needed.

Additional staff provided through the local school district and IU includes a Speech and Language Clinician, a guidance counselor, and a remedial reading and math teacher.
